Nick Hunter, President and Chief Operating Officer of River City Mortgage, graduated from Miami University’s reputable business school with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Nick has worked in the mortgage industry since 2004, where he started as a licensed loan officer and broke the monthly sales record at a company with 100+ LO’s. He became a branch manager of a mortgage brokerage by 2005, and co-founded River City Mortgage in 2008. River City is a residential mortgage lender in 21 states and DC, who lent over 500 million in mortgage loans in 2019. Nick is the executive leader at River City Mortgage and oversees operations, marketing, lending and sales, while constantly implementing his knowledge of new and existing markets.
