River City Mortgage is a growing national mortgage lender headquartered in Blue Ash, OH. We are looking for hungry, driven Junior Mortgage Loan Officers who are ready to learn, work hard, and build a real career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in all aspects of the mortgage process
• Follow a clear path toward earning your full MLO license (if desired)
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Help generate new business opportunities
• Meet daily call requirements and work toward individual sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable talking to people all day, clear and professional on the phone and in person.
• Persistent and Results-Driven: You don’t quit after one “no.” You follow up and push until the job is done.
• Competitive Mindset: You like goals, scoreboards, and winning. Sales targets motivate you.
• Coachability: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and quick to apply training.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You take ownership of your results and don’t need to be micromanaged.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission
• Expected earnings $40,000–$70,000+ annually

Schedule

• 40-hour work week with day shift and some evenings or Saturdays as needed
• Monday through Friday
