This is an in-person leadership role based at our headquarters in Blue Ash, OH, designed for a proven leader who can drive production, develop talent, and scale a team within a fast-paced, team-first environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will lead from the front—balancing personal production, team development, and operational leadership.

• Drive branch production, including your own personal pipeline
• Recruit, hire, and develop Loan Officers in partnership with corporate leadership
• Coach your team on sales execution, pipeline management, and customer experience
• Assign and manage company-provided leads to maximize conversion
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and communicate results to leadership
• Maintain consistent communication with corporate teams (Operations, HR, Leadership)
• Ensure adoption of company processes, systems, and sales strategies
• Represent the branch in leadership meetings and company initiatives
